Junior Erp Functional Analyst (Remote)

Role & Team

We are currently looking for a Junior ERP Functional Analyst (f/m/x) to join our team and drive the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of our ERP system. In this role, you will ensure that our ERP solution aligns with our business processes and supports operational excellence. You will lead system configuration, manage support processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and improve overall business performance.

Here below are some examples of your core activities:

• ERP Implementation & Configuration: Assist in setting up and customizing ERP systems to align with organizational needs, ensuring smooth integration with existing tools.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Support the documentation and translation of business requirements into system configurations under team guidance.
• Project Coordination: Help manage project schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate tasks between internal teams and external partners.
• System Support & Maintenance: Provide first-level ERP support, document processes, and assist with system updates and feature deployments.
• Process Automation with Power Automate: Design, test, and maintain automated workflows to optimize manual Finance processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaboration & Best Practices: Work with cross-functional teams to align ERP and automation tools with business objectives while learning and applying best practices.
• Data Management & Reporting: Assist in managing ERP databases, extracting and analyzing data, and creating reports to support decision-making while ensuring data integrity.

What you will need to be successful in the role:

• 0-2 years of experience in similar or related roles, such as ERP support, junior business analyst, or process automation specialist.
• Basic knowledge of ERP platforms, with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems being a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the areas of ERP implementation, configuration, and process automation.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate technical issues, assist in system maintenance, and support smooth ERP functionality.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate or similar platforms, with a focus on identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
• Curiosity and adaptability to stay updated with new ERP features, automation technologies, and best practices.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2-C1 level) and Italian (C1 level) to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
