Junior Brand Content Specialist

Overview

Optimizon is a fast-growing, and friendly E-Commerce digital agency based in Swindon and London. Our clients are retail brands who sell on marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.

We have a multi-team approach led by our account managers, supported by our Creative, Advertising, Data Analysis and Technical teams.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team and will have the opportunity to work with some fantastic and well-established clients and brands. You will also receive access to the Amazon learning console to conduct the relevant training and receive support and training internally too. As an agency, we are looking for a Junior Brand Content Specialist to join our growing Creative Brand Team. You will be working closely with our Creative Team in the day to day of creating our client’s Amazon A+ Brand Content, Storyboard Imagery and Amazon Storefronts.

Key role responsibilities:

· Supporting senior designers in developing and preparing Amazon A+ Brand Content, Storefronts, and storyboard listing images

· Creating A+ Brand Content which would include creating a template for client approval and uploading it into Amazon

Creating and building brands Amazon Storefronts

· Liaise with designers and copywriters to arrange or request required information or assets from the client e.g. images, product details, and brand guidelines

· Creating banners and images in Photoshop and Illustrator

· Edit, crop, resize and enhance images in Photoshop and Illustrator

· Working closely with our Head of Design to develop A+ and Amazon store wireframes and what copy should go in the template.

· Sorting through and managing client’s image libraries and sourcing additional images.

· Presenting concepts to clients over Microsoft teams or in person

· Updating live Amazon Storefronts and A+ Brand Content

·Liaising with Amazon to resolve issues

·Adapting creative assets and pages and implementing them to other marketplaces such as eBay, Wayfair & Onbuy

·Opportunity to assist the team with the company’s branding, marketing, and planning social media content.

What we are looking for:

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Experienced user in PowerPoint and creating and delivering presentations

· 1-2 Years of photoshop or Graphic Design experience

· Have a creative eye for an effective and engaging page layout

· Self-starter and self-motivated individual

· Being able to work in a small and fast-paced environment as a team player

· Highly organised and able to multitask

· Excellent attention to detail

· Eager and able to learn new systems and processes quickly

· Knowledge of Amazon is advantageous, but not essential

· Able to manage time, work quickly and efficiently towards deadlines.
