Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and a keen eye for detail. This role involves designing compelling visuals for social media, logos, brand print stationary, and user interfaces. If you have a passion for design and are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design visually appealing social media posts that align with brand guidelines and audience engagement.
– Create logos, brand identities, and print stationary to represent clients’ unique visions.
– Collaborate on UI/UX designs for websites and apps, delivering intuitive and user-centered layouts.
– Contribute to branding projects by developing visual assets that enhance brand messaging.
– Work closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life through innovative design solutions.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of graphic design experience (internships or freelance work also considered).
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Knowledge of UI/UX design principles; familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
– Strong portfolio showcasing work in social media, branding, and UI/UX design.
– Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus but not required).
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹19,596.46 – ₹26,328.32 per month
