We are looking for a “Junior Product Manager” for Wingie Enuygun Group’s growing Product team. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree student or graduate (preferred).
• Basic understanding of software development concepts, such as Agile methodology and the product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with APIs and basic concepts of how they work.
• Interest in learning product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of user stories and feature documentation.
• Knowledge of basic SQL or willingness to learn how to analyze data.
• Awareness of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with designers on wireframes and prototypes.
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• A strong willingness to learn technical terms and tools to bridge the gap between business and development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

What will you do?

As a Junior Product Manager, you will:

• Leverage data and work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.
• Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
• Test and review product updates to ensure they meet requirements and provide value.
• Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Prepare and present reports on product performance and insights.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment with enthusiasm and flexibility.
