Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts.

This commission-based role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead your own sales team while driving the growth of Book’n Table in your area. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales, technology, and the restaurant industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the restaurant industry within your region
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives as the business grows
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay updated on product features and benefits
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends within your region
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or hospitality industry
    • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its challenges
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and build a team
    • Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset
