This position is fully remote, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule available for candidates located in the El Dorado Hills, CA area.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Design and develop new features for our communication platform using advanced technologies such as .NET, C#, and Xamarin, ensuring compatibility across diverse platforms.
• Enhance the performance of our application to deliver a fluid and user-friendly experience on both iOS and Android devices, including .NET MAUI builds.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to capture user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that reflect current industry practices.
• Engage in code reviews to uphold superior coding standards, adhering to best practices in C# and Java development.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in .NET development and mobile app frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers, imparting knowledge on best practices in mobile development and coding techniques.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Over 5 years of comprehensive experience in full-stack software development, particularly focused on front-end solutions.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET, including knowledge of .NET MAUI and Xamarin for mobile application development.
• Significant experience in programming for iOS and Android platforms, emphasizing the creation of high-quality, user-centric mobile applications.
• A solid understanding of backend services, especially in RESTful API development.
• Strong grasp of software design patterns and principles, with the capability to apply them effectively in practical scenarios.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging abilities in multi-platform environments.
• Experience working within Agile development teams and collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on mobile applications and system integrations.
