Aspire Brands is a strategic, full-service distribution company within the beauty segment. In close cooperation with international brand owners such as Batiste (Global market leader in dry shampoo), Hero, Real Techniques and Tangle Teezer, we build brands in 10 European markets, delivering the local expertise that builds the brands, activate the brands through digital and traditional marketing campaigns, strengthen distribution, and increase sales. Key Account Manager Baltics Purpose of position: As Key Account Manager you are responsible for the sales within your key customer and region. This involves maintaining and developing strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and goals, and working internally to ensure those needs are met effectively. You are the primary point of contact between customers and Aspire Brands. As well as managing existing customers on existing brands and categories, you identify and develop new business within existing and new accounts. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with own customer, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximised revenue. Serve as the primary point of contact for own customers, negotiating conditions, investments, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations. Deliver on sales targets: Deliver sales target for own customers aligned with overall Aspire Brands target. This includes top line sales as well as all customer investments (JM, promotions, listing fees etc). Brand and customer P&L responsibility: Responsible for full P&L across own customers. Closely monitoring sales and customer spends per customer and take actions where needed Marketing activity planning and implementation: responsible for all joint marketing budgeting and planning and working closely with marketing on the execution. Setting Sales Strategies: Developing sales strategies for own customers in line with the overall Aspire Brands strategies and targets. This includes brand priorities, promotional strategies, customer plans and investments. Identify and implement new opportunities: identify opportunities, plan for and execute both for new accounts as well as and new brands within existing accounts. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring performance on own customers against targets and implementing corrective actions as necessary. P&L responsible for own customers, meaning sales and profitability. Develop action plans to address any areas of concern. Report to head of sales on performance and plans Forecasting and Planning: Ensuring forecasting and planning on own accounts. Collaborating with rest of sales team, brand, marketing, finance, and operations, to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and plans. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as brand, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization. Reporting and data management: Ensuring all customer information and plans are visible in CRM, for all functions to use to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Responsible for all accounts requirements and forms as well as ensuring they follow brand guidelines. External orientation: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities that may impact key accounts, and adjust strategies accordingly. Be the eyes and ears in the market and actively share this within Aspire Brands.
