As a Key Account Manager, you’ll:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients driving long-term revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic account plan, drive revenue growth, and ensure the overall satisfaction and success of our key customers
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction.
Reports to the Commercial Director
Essential Job Duties
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers, serving as the primary point of contact for their strategic needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth within key accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new products or services Key Account Manager.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Manage the profitability of key accounts, ensuring that they contribute positively to the organization’s financial goals
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes affecting key accounts
- Ensure that the organization’s products or services align with the strategic goals and challenges of key clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines or Business Administration, Management, or relevant work experience in a technical field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, required
- 5+ years of proven experience in one of the following roles: account management, business sales, business development, or, required. Previous experience in a B2B environment is a plus!
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Proven experience in strategic relationship management, including effective communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in customer management and pipeline development
- Entrepreneurial spirit to drive strategic sales and growth
- Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer-centric
📍 Remote, based in Germany. Minimal travel (up to 20%).
