Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced
Key Account Manager Industry Netherlands
– based in the Netherlands (remote) –
In close cooperation with the Gerflor Group Industry Segment Management and BENELUX Sales Teams, the Key Account Manager Industry develops and manages the sales success in the industrial sector in NL.
Your role
- Manage sales and drive business development in the Industrial Sector – with a primary market focus on Life Science / Pharmaceuticals (Cleanroom) and High Tech (ESD) customers
- Develop a solid business network with end-users and designers/contractors as well as with relevant business associations and stakeholders
- Cooperate closely with the Group Industry Segment Team and our Account Managers in NL and report to the Sales Manager NL
- Develop sales for all relevant product solutions from the Gerflor portfolio (flooring, wall protection, cleanroom, ESD, accessories)
- Develop a key contractor network to provide installation and service guidance to end-users
- Manage market research activities and report market trends / requirements to the segment management and R&D
- Attend to exhibitions and further improve the brand awareness among the relevant stakeholders in the market
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of technical B2B sales experience within Life Science, ESD or Industrial Flooring industry
- Proven experience in business development and entrepreneurial mind-set
- Proactive sales approach (hunter)
- Good networking skills and the ability to develop long-term oriented business relations
- Structured working approach, able to handle complex decision-making structures and long project life-cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business fluent in Dutch and English – both mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively
