Your Role and Responsibilities
- Accelerate growth of Bay Pharma’s therapeutic products by developing trusted partnerships with pharmacists, Clinicians and Healthcare providers.
- Create and implement a strategic territory business plan that aligns with our vision of healthcare excellence and patient support.
- Exceed performance goals by increasing market share and expanding dispensing networks.
- Identify opportunities for sustainable growth and work proactively to maximise them.
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for our solutions and influence best practices in therapeutic vaping solutions.
- Deliver expert education and insights to healthcare providers, empowering them to recommend Bay Pharma products confidently and appropriately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on sales strategies, enhancing product uptake and brand visibility.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 5+ years of success in pharmaceutical, medical device, or hospital sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong strategic mindset and business acumen, with experience in building and growing territories.
- Familiarity with the Special Access Scheme (SAS) pathway and a deep understanding of healthcare compliance.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through therapeutic solutions.
- Ability to work independently, while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel across the territory as needed to support growth and engagement.
