The Role 
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing key state and (relevant) national accounts – engaging with leaders in the account
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key individuals
• Finger on the pulse of sales trends, threats, and opportunities within the customer base.
• General Field Activity – Meeting target for personal time in the field in support role and managing own customers.
• Personal market profile
• Management of major projects (i.e., tasks) Local projects aimed at increasing sales and market position.
• Concept development and implementation.
• Training Plans – Field training of customers and local sales team. 
• Ensure a positive, high-energy vibe, around Product & Brand knowledge growth within the team. Replicate this in the field with a high focus on frequently delivering high energy value adding training to our customers.
• Showroom Management – Condition of Showroom, Correct products on display, Development of utilization plan, monitoring if key indices.
• Comprehension of expenses and performance against budget in view of revenue performance.
• Relationship with key individuals

About You
This is an important role for the business, and we are looking for someone with a successful history in growing sales and meaningful relationships with customers. 
The right cultural fit is imperative for this role and, as such, you will need to be driven, energetic, self-motivated and enjoy working with high quality brands. You will be well organised, proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to communicate with all types of customers within our market.
