ROLE OVERVIEW
The Knowledge and Content Manager, APAC role will support the wider growth community and report to the Regional Growth Director. The role will be responsible for supporting key opportunity pursuits as well as the central content owner across the region ensuring best practise, consistency, and appropriateness of all client-facing content across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bid Management
• Work with growth leads to develop a clear win strategy to ensure differentiators are clear and compelling.
• Support growth teams in the preparation of documentation of live client tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ) as well as presentations.
• Plan, document, execute and complete large-scale request for proposals adhering to strict deadlines.
• Strong project management with excellent written and communication skills.
• Ensure timelines are achieved at every step of the bid process, including all internal governance.
• Co-ordinate Tag stakeholders across functions (growth, solutions, commercial etc.) to ensure response excellence.
• Collaborate with design team to showcase content in the right style through impactful presentation design.
• A strong understanding of the full breadth of Tag content and production capabilities – able to articulate in written form.
• Able to identify and select relevant Tag content, capabilities, and experiences in relation to a client brief.
• Well-connected to global teams, with a strong understating of previous Tag responses and best practise content.
Content Management
• Manage the regional database for content, ensuring the appropriateness and relevance of information is up to date.
• Regularly refresh the data repository with updated case studies and company information/FAQs.
• Own the pipeline of new case study content for the region, capturing client success and articulating them in written form.
• Ensure processes are in place for the effective sharing of content across the region for growth and account teams.
• A strong connection to global teams to bring across best in class production knowledge to integrate into future working.
• Autonomously own the preparation and distribution of ad-hoc requests for content by account owners and the wider.
• Build simple and productised content packs that can be shared and tailored to industry and client specific content.
• Continuing to develop best-in-class templates for credentials, case studies and core capability information.
Team Management and Co-ordination
• Wholly focused to APAC growth but remain connected to the broader global win center community.
• Brief Win Centre teams on additional APAC support across bid management, business intelligence and design.
• Be an internal source of expertise across creative production and channel activation.
• Help team members to respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries related to RFI/RFP requirements.
• Support and mentor team members, where needed.
• Continuous improvement through best practices learnt and executed during a bid.
