What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead solution consultants and developers for multiple enterprise-level implementations of Kronos systems
• Oversee the Kronos team in developing architecture and implementation for a large global cement and aggregates company
• Ensure Kronos system functionality, performance, and reliability to support critical business needs
• Collaborate with management and business teams to establish Workforce Management principles and gather requirements
• Build data views, Org sets/Employee Groups, Hyper Finds, and Integrations Dashboard

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the Kronos/UKG Workforce suite of products
• Strong background in datahub and reporting tools, including Power BI with UKG Dimensions or Dell Boomi report expert
• Comprehensive understanding of WFC custom reports and ability to create similar programs in Dimensions
• Excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management
• Ability to work in complex technology environments with multi-product solutions and integration of legacy systems

• Experience leading large-scale implementations in various industries
• Familiarity with Workforce Management principles and best practices
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Previous experience in a consulting role within the IT industry
• Relevant certifications in Kronos/UKG products
