What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead solution consultants and developers in multiple enterprise-level implementations
• Oversee the Kronos team in developing architecture and implementation of Kronos systems for a global cement and aggregates company
• Ensure Kronos system functionality, performance, and reliability to support critical business needs
• Collaborate with management and business teams to establish Workforce Management principles and gather requirements
• Build data views, organizational sets, employee groups, and integrations dashboard

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the Kronos/UKG Workforce suite of products
• Strong background in datahub and reporting tools, including Power BI and UKG Dimensions
• Understanding of WFC custom reports and ability to create similar programs in Dimensions
• Excellent consultative and communication skills for interaction with business users and client management
• Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring multi-product solutions and legacy system integration

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with building Data views, Org sets/Employee Groups, Hyper Finds, and Profile Auto Assignments
• Familiarity with Dell Boomi report expert for report creation
