What will you do?  

As the Program representative of Sales Academy, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our L&D programs by overseeing various aspects such as R&D – Assessments and Program Design, Program delivery management, Client Interactions, Program Partner Identification, Product innovation  and Team Leadership.  

 

  • Articulate and execute a clear vision for the program, aligning with the broader strategic objectives of the organization.  
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to anticipate and respond to changes in the sales landscape.  
  • Oversee the design and delivery of curriculum ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and impact. 
  • Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to create world-class learning and development programs 
  • Manage change initiatives within the program and the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and the achievement of desired outcomes with minimal disruption. 
  • Understands client needs to create bespoke programs, communicates the value proposition of the L&D programs, for Sales Academy and establishes strong client relationships.  
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to team members and program participants, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development. 
  • Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client. Participate in client presentations to effectively communicate program proposals.  
  • Uses their written proficiency to create quality content on various subjects within sales and marketing domain and ensure that the curriculum and relevant material are available on Antwalk’s role readiness platform.  
  • Interviews and evaluates potential experts, assessing their suitability to AntWalk’s business model.  
  • Works with industry experts to define course outline and entire program curriculum. .  
  • Oversees the entire L&D program, develops the overall strategy, and ensures alignment with organizational goals.  
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, stakeholders, and communities to enhance the program’s reach and effectiveness. 
  • Collaborates with Product, Program, Marketing, and Sales team according to program objectives to facilitate the development and delivery of training materials according to program objectives.  
  • Drives the overall NPS of the class. 

 

What experience and skills do you need?  

 

  • Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Sales &Marketing, Business Development, instructional design) 
  • 5-7 years of experience sales training in HR Tech/L&D/ Ed-tech industry is preferred. 
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales teams, with a deep understanding of sales cycles, negotiation tactics, and client engagement strategies. 
  • Good to have certification in Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or Certified Sales Executive (CSE)/ Strategic Leadership Certifications Certified Professional in Learning and Performance  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Enthusiasm for edtech startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.
