L Software Engineer (Remote)

We are in pursuit of a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our innovative team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals committed to excellence and success in software engineering.

This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance of in-office and remote work—specifically, up to three days in the office and two days working remotely each week. It is structured as a 12-month term with potential for renewal in six-month increments, providing vital support to a Secure Network Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and implementation of software and hardware infrastructure. Important responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing software architecture for the operations center
• Defining and articulating requirements
• Creating Concepts of Operations (CONOPS)
• Producing hardware block diagrams
• Conducting trade studies to enhance system performance

Required Skills

Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in the following areas:

• Software Architectures
• Requirements Specifications
• Block Diagrams
• Interface Control Documents
• Trade Study Development and Assessment
• Hardware Block Diagrams
• Operational procedures, protocols, and escalation processes relevant to incident management and customer support
• Experience in establishing Network Operations Centers equipped with necessary hardware, software, and communication tools for 24⁄7 operations

Qualifications

Candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in software/computer engineering or a related technical discipline
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Development and Network Establishment
