Landing Page Designer (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually compelling Facebook ads, landing pages, and video advertisements. Proficiency in Figma and Webflow is essential. Experience with Midjourney and familiarity with the financial and trading sectors are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

– Design and create visually appealing Facebook ads that drive engagement and conversions.

– Develop and design landing pages that are user-friendly and optimized for conversion using Figma and Webflow.

– Produce high-quality video ads that effectively communicate the client’s message and brand.

– Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with overall campaign goals and strategies.

– Utilize Midjourney to enhance design processes and deliver innovative visual solutions.

– Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and client materials.

– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh and competitive.

– Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

– Quality of Work Created: Ensure all designs meet the specified design brief and client expectations.

– Speed of Completing Tickets: Efficiently manage and complete design tasks within the allocated time frame.

– Communication for Estimating Delivery Estimates: Provide clear and accurate estimates for task delivery times and maintain consistent communication regarding project status.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, particularly in the creation of Facebook ads, landing pages, and video ads.

– Proficiency in Figma and Webflow is a must.

– Experience with Midjourney or similar design tools is preferred.

– Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in graphic design, particularly in the financial and trading sectors.

– Understanding of financial markets and trading industry (preferred).

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
