Project Manager  – Construction Landscaping

We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager who has the following skills:

• Extensive experience and skills to manage multiple landscape and civil construction projects
• Understanding and analysing job costings against budgets
• Management of tight time frames and programming, whilst maintaining high quality at all times
• Foster both new and existing relationships

You need to have:

• Demonstrated experience of project management within the construction industry. Landscape experience is very highly regarded.
• High level understanding of AS2124
• Tertiary education in Project Management desired, but not essential
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team.
• High level skills in budget and cost-to-complete analysis
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and delivery.
• Well developed communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Current drivers licence.
