Key Responsibilities

  1. Database Development & Maintenance
    • Conduct thorough research to build and maintain accurate databases of potential B2B and B2C clients.
    • Continuously update databases to ensure a steady flow of fresh prospects.
  2. Lead Generation
    • Identify and engage qualified B2C and B2B prospects through targeted tele-sales, email campaigns, and various outreach channels.
    • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn and CRM software to generate and nurture leads.
  3. Appointment Setting
    • Schedule meetings with potential clients by clearly articulating the companys value proposition and aligning with their business needs.
    • Proactively manage and optimize your appointment-setting process to secure high-quality face-to-face meetings.
  4. Email Marketing
    • Execute targeted email campaigns to attract and qualify leads.
    • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maximize engagement and drive conversions.
    • Analyze email performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
  5. Sales Conversion
    • Effectively communicate the company’s solutions and value propositions, aligning them with customer pain points to drive conversions.
    • Maintain a focus on lead-to-sales conversion, ensuring seamless transitions through the sales pipeline.
  6. Pipeline Management
    • Build, manage, and track a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Regularly follow up with leads, ensuring timely responses and updates.
  7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering post-sale support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  8. Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance.
    • Use insights from reports to refine and improve strategies to increase lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Proven experience engaging with the North American market and converting leads into sales.
  • Prior experience in selling cloud solutions and Microsoft-related products is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with C-level executives.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple appointments and follow-ups.
    • Expertise in using CRM tools and other sales software to track and manage leads and opportunities.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, to meet sales targets.
    • Proficiency in lead generation through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
