Lead Business Analyst Product Owner (Remote)

As a key player in our product team, the ideal candidate will take charge of multiple product modules, driving them from conception to successful implementation. This role is critical as we adapt our operations to ongoing organizational growth and shifting hiring demands to make data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Delivery Manager, and Engineers throughout the Product’s discovery, design, and implementation phases
• Drive feature development across the product lifecycle from conceptualization to success
• Aid Product Manager & Delivery Manager in planning deliverables
• Enhance continual process improvements within the team
• Engage with both business and technical stakeholders and end users effectively
• Organize and conduct user interviews and workshops alongside Business Analysts and UX Designers
• Work alongside UX Designers for user interface modeling and wireframing
• Discover, document existing system functions and business processes
• Create product and requirements documentation including guides and release notes
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for specific product modules
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and usability of requirements documentation
• Contribute to the team’s Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Oversee acceptance testing for implemented backlog items

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Dedication to a minimum of a 1-year assignment
• Skills in Project Management
• Capability to function proficiently within a distributed team setting
• Competency in critical thinking with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in solutions generation and user story writing, creating acceptance criteria, and diagramming
• Expertise in web applications design
• Confidence in English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Understanding of system integration concepts and intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Flexibility to delve into data for validating assumptions

Nice to have

• Background in Recruitment, Staffing, or Hiring domains
• Experience with launching startup products
• Familiarity with user research and UX testing
• Knowledge of organizing Business Analysis teamwork
