Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintains content and asset library
- Owns employment branding content calendar
- SME in Social Media best practices and trends
- Social media/digital media reporting
- Media placement and execution
- Collaborate with Comms on content planning, repurposing, and amplification
- Partner with Employer Brand team and others as needed to develop and refine content for social
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of branding or marketing experience
- At least 3 years creating content creation
Preferred Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of social platforms like Facebook, Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn , and YouTube Understanding of strategic marketing communications
- Experience with brand-centric creative requirements to ensure high performing and on-brand creative output
- A passion for writing
- Project management skills
- Social media marketing experience
- Strong accountability, problem solving, and resolution skills
- Flexibility to react to messaging changes
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Pay Transparency
- The base pay range for this position is $81,200 – $135,300 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 1, 2024.
