Job Title: Lead Conversion Expert
Location: Fully Remote, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (Eastern Time)

What You’ll Do:

• Convert qualified leads into clients through phone and email communication.
• Generate new business leads by networking with local business owners and strategic partners.
• Contact new leads within minutes of submission to capture and close opportunities quickly.
• Persistently follow up with old leads to reignite interest and close deals.
• Upsell services to maximize client value and meet sales targets.
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally, turning “no” into “yes.”
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• 2+ years of sales experience: You’ve been successful in a sales role and know how to close deals.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $6.00 to $20.00 USD per hour, depending on experience.
• Commissions will be added once you are fully trained. Your success = your reward.
