Responsibilities:
- Concept, design, and deliver creative marketing materials across various mediums to support the company’s campaign and marketing objectives
- Work with the Creative Director, Art Directors and content team on creative development to understand requirements and goals to be communicated
- Stay up-to-date with and provide regular status updates on assigned projects
- Make recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, processes and procedures
- Help create templates and standards for use by our marketing teammates
- May be responsible for specialty areas/projects as determined by Creative Director
- Maintain expert knowledge of applicable business, procedures, products, industry news and developments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, or related design field
- Eight years of experience in graphic design with a proven track record in creative marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Demonstrated ability to manage brand strategy and maintain high design standards using traditional and digital formats
- Excellent presentations skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills to assimilate ideas in collaboration with diverse stakeholders and mentor/coach junior staff
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry, with a focus in retirement
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing
- Experience with digital marketing

Compensation:

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $90,000 – $105,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.

Lead Creative Services Writer-Editor
Job Summary
Develop a broad range of creative content to reinforce brand and product positioning, tone, and accuracy of content across company channels and platforms. Develop concepts and take ownership of complex initiatives and programs for internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
Develop concepts, write, proofread, and edit marketing and communication materials such as product brochures, flyers, blogs, websites, newsletter articles/publication, and internal messaging for internal and external audiences across a broad range of initiatives and programs.
Take ownership of complex assignments; make decisions on resources and interviews with internal and external parties.
Review and edit work of team members to ensure tone and accuracy.
Write, update, and maintain content on various web and social platforms.
Create infographics, charts, and interactive content in partnership with Design teams.
Manage activities with outsource agency and freelance relationships.
Handle approval and compliance processes as assigned, and manage statutory updates to materials.
Provide coaching/mentoring to junior writers.
Help assign writing projects to team members as needed.
Maintain expert knowledge of applicable business, procedures, products, and industry news and developments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
Eight years of writing and editing experience using traditional and digital formats
In-depth knowledge of digital content best practices and content management systems (CMS)
Advanced writing and editing skills across a range of media (e.g. web, print, video, presentations) and writing styles from conceptual to journalistic
Research skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure of deadlines
Interpersonal and relationship building skills to assimilate ideas in collaboration with diverse stakeholders and mentor/coach junior staff
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the financial industry
