POSITION

Lead Developer – Full Stack (Java, Spring, React)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Lead Developer with a passion for backend and frontend development? We are looking for a driven professional to take ownership of key development tasks and contribute to the design and implementation of robust web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, stability, and performance across our platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

Development

• Design, develop, and maintain web application features using Java, Spring Framework, and React.
• Manage databases using MySQL and optimize performance for high-traffic applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems.
• Maintain version control using Git, and actively participate in code reviews and refactoring efforts.

Implementation Management

• Collaborate / manage internal and external teams to ensure high code quality, security, and alignment with project goals.
• Manage customer demands and transformation into implementation items.
• Define technical requirements and provide accurate effort estimations for new features.
• Manage the release cycle and ensure smooth product delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with MySQL database design and optimization.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and build automation platforms like Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with other frontend frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.

Skills & Experience

• Proven 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and frontend technologies like React.
• Proven 3 years of experience as a lead developer with practice in management of development teams.
• Experience in management of customer demands and transformation into implementation items.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle complex challenges.
• Clear, transparent communication and a collaborative attitude.
• Passion for developing high-quality software solutions and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Experience in architectural design of SaaS applications
