Responsibilities

• Act as a “UX wizard” to set best practices for implementing new PDP pages.
• Lead a 7-person development team, guiding them in breaking down tasks and optimizing workflow.
• Work with animations, ensuring seamless integration into the user experience.
• Perform PR code reviews, providing valuable feedback and fostering team growth.
• Establish a strong process and architecture for the development team to adhere to.
• Balance your time between mentoring and reviewing (50%) and hands-on coding (50%).

Experience, Skills, and Technologies

Our Lead Front-End Developer must be highly proficient in modern front-end technologies, with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer, with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in React for front-end development.
• Proficiency in state management solutions like Redux, MobX, etc.
• Experience in ADA Compliance and responsive, cross-browser development.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, and familiarity with Mobile App development.
• Skilled in integrating front-end solutions with backend services and APIs.
• Fluency with data transfer formats and protocols such as JSON, XML, and HTTP.

Language Requirement

• English proficiency: 80% or B2+
