Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and design effective solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Implement robust data protection measures.
• Build high-quality, reusable code for both front-end and back-end applications.
• Clearly document and communicate application design to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with various teams to create exceptional user experiences.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, including TDD, CI/CD methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks/libraries (React or Vue.js).
• Proficiency in Java including Spring Boot, J2EE, Hibernate or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing tools (SASS/LESS).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with Serverless architecture and cloud functions.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with caching & search frameworks (Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Proficiency in database schema design and optimization.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in testing frameworks and libraries (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium).
• Strong debugging skills.
• Expertise in using Git version control systems.
• Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP).
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
• System Security, Scalability, and System Performance experience.
