Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (Remote)

Our client is a US-based Learning management system. The company provides development and IT training services for software professionals. They offer online training courses for developers and IT administrators through their website. In terms of this assignment, we will be working as an independent team with the client’s stakeholders in the US.

IF YOU ARE

• Showing 5+ years of experience in Node.js with Express or Nest.js
• Versed in AWS services with focus on RDS (PostgreSQL), Dynamo DB, S3, EKS, CloudFront, CI/CD, Kafka
• Confident in unit testing
• Skilled in writing scalable, highly performant, instrumented, and clean code
• Keen on requirements interpretation, architectures, and designs refining
• Good at extending UIs using existing templates and designs
• Anticipating and remediating issues before reaching out to customers
• Knowledgeable of design patterns and their applications
• Accustomed to working in an Agile development environment
• Capable of maintaining daily English communication with client-side software engineers
• Experienced in leading multiple teams, including architects
• Proficient in frontend development using React/Redux
• Aware of distributed applications implementation with message broker (primarily Kafka, RabbitMQ is a plus)
• Confident in the deployment of applications developed including distributed transactions tracing (e.g. NewRelic, Dynatrace) as an advantage
• Knowledgeable of React Native (nice to have)
