We’re looking for a Lead Generation & CRM Process Manager to take charge of our lead management strategy, ensuring our Sales Development team has a streamlined and organized workflow. With our recent switch to a new CRM, we need a dynamic individual who can tackle duplicate leads, organize data, and implement efficient processes to ensure every lead is properly tagged, labeled, and assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Database Management: Oversee the entire lead database, ensuring proper tagging, labeling, and assigning of leads to the SDR team, while resolving any duplication issues stemming from CRM migration.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine workflows to maintain an organized and efficient lead pipeline. Ensure seamless integration and synchronization between the new CRM and lead generation activities.
  • Manage and optimize our CRM technological stack (email, SMS text messages, VOIP/phone compatibility), prioritizing data integrity, organization, efficiency and compliance.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the SDR team to make sure leads are properly managed and that the call lists are aligned with sales goals. Ensure leads are continuously and correctly assigned.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion metrics and overall CRM health. Use insights to suggest improvements to lead generation processes.
  • Data Cleanup & Maintenance: Take the lead on ongoing CRM data hygiene, ensuring no duplicate leads, proper segmentation and timely updates for all lead records.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure that the lead generation process is aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Training & Support: Train team members on CRM best practices and help develop their skills in lead management, ensuring all users can efficiently utilize the system.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Skilled in using various tools and software relevant to lead generation and sales.
  • 4+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing. 
  • Familiarity with CRMs, particularly with experience using JobDiva’s sales CRM, is highly desirable.
  • Experience working remotely, preferably in a startup environment, with a proven track record of scaling business activities.
  • Management and leadership experience is preferred.
  • A quiet home office with a reliable setup, ensuring uninterrupted work.
