Role and Responsibilities::
As an Lead generation/Outreach Specialist at Pearl, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and increasing brand awareness. You will be responsible for creating and executing outreach strategies to connect with potential clients, partners, and community members.
Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Outreach and Engagement: The candidate will be responsible for managing LinkedIn Sales Navigator accounts across 10-15 different client profiles, sending out 20-25 personalized connection requests daily from each profile with tailored messaging that speaks to the unique value propositions of each client.
- Lead Generation and List Building: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools to identify and build high-quality lead lists based on the ideal customer profile (ICP) of each client, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all outreach activities, interactions, and responses into the designated CRM (Notion), ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Message Personalization: Craft and send personalized LinkedIn messages for connection requests, follow-ups, and engagement sequences to nurture relationships and generate responses.
- KPI Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as connection request acceptance rates, response rates, and lead conversions. Prepare regular reports to measure outreach effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Account-Based Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies based on the unique needs of each client account, ensuring alignment with their overall business development goals.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and to relay any valuable insights from prospect interactions that could inform future campaigns.
- Continuous Learning and Optimization: Stay up to date with LinkedIn and outreach best practices, continuously refining strategies to improve outreach success and efficiency.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Startup Experience: Proven success in fast-paced startups with high growth (e.g., 50-100% monthly). Skilled at handling pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator Expertise: Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Skilled in managing multiple accounts, executing tailored outreach, and driving consistent lead generation results.
- Lead Generation and List Building: Strong experience in generating leads and building targeted lists. Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- CRM Management: Experienced in managing CRMs with precise tracking of activities, interactions, and follow-ups. Familiar with Notion or similar tools for operational efficiency.
- Account-Based Outreach: Skilled in creating and implementing account-based strategies to increase engagement and conversions. Proven ability to align outreach with business goals.
- BDR/SDR Experience: Hands-on experience in sales development roles. Strong track record in building pipelines, qualifying leads, and meeting sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple tasks and accounts efficiently. Resourceful and eager to grow.
