L&M Pty Ltd, a cutting edge digital marketing company, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven, tech-savvy professional with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge marketing tools to generate high-quality leads. Using our proprietary lead generation technology, AffinityAccelerator™, the Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in fuelling our sales pipeline with qualified prospects and supporting the team’s success in selling a range of digital marketing solutions to a UK/US marketplaces.
As part of the sales team, you will directly contribute to our growth by creating and managing lead generation campaigns, developing HubSpot automations, and assisting in other sales support functions. This role offers performance-based rewards for leads that convert into sales, making it ideal for someone motivated by results and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Utilize AffinityAccelerator™ to identify and nurture highly qualified leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to refine lead targeting strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- HubSpot Marketing Automations:
- Create and implement effective HubSpot marketing workflows (email/Text/Whatsapp) sequences, lead nurturing, and campaign triggers to support lead generation and business development).
- Analyze and optimize workflows to improve lead quality and engagement.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in drafting and creating compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Take the lead on other lead generation projects as required.
- Technology & Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest AI marketing automation trends and tools, including ChatGPT and other LLMs, to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights to improve the process.
Qualifications:
- Impeccable English skills, with the ability to write fluently in UK English.
- Proven successful experience in a sales or sales support role.
- Demonstrable expertise in creating and managing HubSpot marketing workflows.
- Experience and interest in AI marketing automations and ChatGPT (or similar LLM technologies).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Office Suite, Canva and HubSpot software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
