Why does this role exist?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Implementation Specialist to customize and install our software systems for clients in the Finance & Accounting domain. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction by effectively setting up, training, and supporting clients in the use of our software solutions.

The Impact you’ll make

• Client Onboarding:
• Meet with clients to collect data and information for software customization
• Create detailed project plans for timely installation of customized systems
• Educate clients on how to use purchased software and customized features
• System Customization:
• Customize software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications
• Communicate with clients throughout the customization process for feedback and approval
• Client Support:
• Regularly interact with assigned clients to resolve queries in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate escalations to the supervisor
• Ensure client satisfaction with the implemented solutions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Hard Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce or Post Graduate in commerce
• Experience in F&A Outsourcing industry (added advantage)
• Sound technical knowledge in accounting software and implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least an Intel i3 core processor
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
