Lead Instructor Wfh (Remote)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Instructor to join our remote team, dedicated to transforming lives through education in Information Technology. In this critical role, you will guide students on their path to success in IT careers, contributing to a mission-driven environment focused on student achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead instructional sessions for multiple student cohorts, utilizing effective academic delivery methods.
• Cultivate an engaging learning atmosphere, fostering motivation and a passion for IT among students.
• Model professionalism and respect, inspiring students through exemplary leadership.
• Participate in the recruitment and development of new instructors, equipping them for success in their roles.
• Create and facilitate a dynamic classroom experience that enhances student retention and prepares them for certification exams.
• Provide support to students facing academic challenges through various communication platforms.
• Track student progress, address educational concerns, and maintain motivation towards achieving their academic and certification aspirations.
• Develop and implement curriculum designed to prepare students for certification assessments with aligned learning objectives.
• Stay informed on industry advancements, integrating relevant trends into the teaching process.
• Uphold classroom management principles to create a respectful and supportive educational environment.
• Offer constructive feedback to enhance program quality, engage in pilot initiatives, and assist in refining instructional materials.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary to improve the overall student experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• A minimum of three years of practical experience in the IT sector within the last decade (preferred).
• At least two years of instructional experience, either in-person or online (preferred).
• Candidates with pertinent technical training and professional experience will also be considered.
