We are looking for a Tech Lead Java Developer to join our team, responsible for maintaining a critical component on our platform and providing technical excellence to support project leadership and other squads within the same manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the Bulk Admin UI component, utilizing your expertise in Java, Spring, and Angular to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability. You will work closely with project management, developers, and clients, providing solutions design and proactively suggesting improvements in code quality and development processes. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Bulk Admin UI component, ensuring high-quality and reliable software solutions
Provide technical excellence and solutions design to support project leadership and other squads within the same manager
Participate in staff performance evaluation and assist in project qualitative aspects and performance reviews
Collaborate with developers and clients in sync-up meetings, providing technical guidance and support
Proactively suggest and implement improvements in code quality and development processes
Support users when issues arise, providing technical assistance through support channels
Present work to clients to showcase the quality and reliability of our software solutions

Requirements

7+ years of relevant work experience
1+ year of relevant leadership experience
Expertise in Java (11/17) and Spring Boot (2.7), with practical experience in developing Java-based applications
Proficiency in AWS services, including ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and S3, showcasing your ability to build and deploy scalable and reliable applications on the cloud
Hands-on experience in Angular UI, Test Frameworks (Rest Assured) and Python3
Good understanding of the development process and software development life cycle
Excellent communication skills and strong leadership capabilities
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication in an international team environment
