Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to comprehend their requirements, identify inefficiencies in current systems, and spearhead initiatives to propose effective solutions.
• Configure NetSuite utilizing SuiteSuccess or internal methodologies, develop functional specifications, and ensure coherence with end-to-end solutions.
• Create use cases, perform quality assurance, and coordinate final testing and deployment in collaboration with business users.
• Document best practices, produce training materials, and facilitate training sessions.
• Oversee projects and tasks related to daily operations.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Proven track record of at least 5 full-cycle implementations.
• Proficiency in English, with comprehensive professional fluency.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with familiarity in MS PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with multicultural teams.
• Exceptional multitasking and self-management skills.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and proactive project management approach.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience in accounting or the implementation of financial modules such as RevRec or ARM.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• NetSuite ERP Certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology is advantageous.
• Experience using system integration tools such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft is a plus.
• Knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 technical skills is desirable.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United States, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast, including but not limited to Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Virginia.
