Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Partner Marketing Managers.
- Drive partner sales enhancement through cohesive marketing programs across various sectors.
- Develop scalable and impactful marketing campaigns to promote our products, aiming for the establishment of global marketing frameworks.
- Enhance the attractiveness of co-marketing initiatives for existing partners while drawing in new partnerships.
- Maintain a consistent and professional representation of our brand and value proposition among partners.
- Cultivate and support relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to maximize sales potential.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of partner business strategies and goals, formulating co-marketing strategies that benefit all parties involved.
- Advocate for joint business development, promoting customer demand for partner products by combining capabilities to increase visibility and opportunities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on developing co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Strong abilities in managing customer and partner relationships.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of evaluating opportunities and making informed decisions regarding program ROI and investments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A growth-oriented mindset, comfortable with ambitious thinking and taking calculated risks.

Qualifications
