WHAT YOU’LL DO

🎮 Technical Ownership

Lead and oversee the AWS cloud platform, ensuring that industry best practices are implemented and continuously improved;

🎮 Cloud Strategy Development

Develop cloud strategy, focusing on areas such as change management, disaster recovery, and cost management;

🎮 AWS Services Management

Administer and implement AWS services, including EKS, ALB, IAM, RDS, S3, Lambda, and Route53;

🎮 Disaster Recovery Framework

Design and maintain a robust disaster recovery framework for Solaire, incorporating both process and technical procedures;

🎮 Monitoring and Performance

Design and manage Solaire’s monitoring system using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus to ensure optimal platform performance;

🎮 Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to deliver standard platform requests, ensuring seamless execution;

🎮 Automation & Scripting

Utilize Terraform for scripting and orchestration, applying your expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and the GitOps operating model;

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

🎲Cloud Expertise

6+ years of work experience. Extensive experience and knowledge of public cloud services, particularly AWS, and a deep understanding of cloud-native applications and distributed systems;

🎲 Platform Design & Support

Proven ability to design, build, secure, and support platforms at scale, using a combination of open-source and proprietary solutions;

🎲 Infrastructure Automation

Strong experience in automating infrastructure using Terraform and operating in an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps environment;

🎲 Containerization Knowledge

Proficiency in container technologies such as Kubernetes and Helm;

🎲 Monitoring & Logging

Experience implementing and managing monitoring and logging tools, particularly Prometheus and Grafana;

🎲 Communication & Problem-Solving

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions;
