What you can expect
Zoom is looking for a Lead, Pre-Hire Operations to join Global TA Operations & Enablement. This role reports to the Head of Global TA Operations & Enablement. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for our Pre-Hire Specialists who manage the process from offer generation to initiating hires into Workday.


About the Team

Our organization delivers on initiatives that contribute to the success and delivery against TA’s recruiting strategy and vision. The core functions of our TA Operations organization include: tool support, training, resource management, interview scheduling, offer generation, background check processing, and pre-hire support.

Responsibilities

  • Providing functional support within established SLAs, and serve as first point of contact for offer and background check escalations across the team

  • Managing executive offers, ensuring white glove service is provided

  • Guiding the team to engage and communicate with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers; and continually deliver a positive customer experience

  • Pulling and monitoring offer and background check data for workload balancing, monthly business reviews, audits, etc

  • Leading team engagement and training, enabling adoption of new tools and processes

  • Partnering with TA Tool Support & Enablement Lead on Workday enhancements to offer, background check and hire processes, testing all functionally prior to implementation

  • Building and maintaining effective partnerships across TA, People Experience and other business teams by consistently demonstrating and delivering exceptional subject matter expertise and high-quality support

What we’re looking for

  • Able to be flexible with working hours, ideally overlapping with Eastern Time (ET)

  • 8+ years of experience in a recruiting operations capacity at a fast growing technology company

  • 1+ years of experience leading, coaching and/or mentoring people

  • Have detail orientation and the ability to handle multiple problems, tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • Have solid systems knowledge and ability to learn systems and processes quickly, and effectively train others

  • Have customer service orientation with a desire to go above and beyond

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting, ServiceNow, Asana

  • Have effective written and verbal communication skills
