Your Role as Co-Founder

As the Lead Product Designer, you’ll not only lead the product design process but also influence Epapa’s overall strategy. You’ll collaborate with the founding team to build user experiences that empower millions of students globally while driving forward a shared mission to redefine education.

• Design Seamless Experiences: Build beautiful, user-friendly interfaces and flows, transforming complex educational concepts into simple, elegant designs.

• Lead Creative Innovation: Explore bold, fresh ideas and set the design vision for Epapa’s mobile and web platforms.

• Collaborate with Impact: Partner with AI developers, educators, and content creators to ensure designs align with Epapa’s mission.

• Push Boundaries: Introduce cutting-edge UX techniques, including animations, game-inspired elements, and interactive tools, to make learning intuitive and fun.

Who You Are

We’re looking for an ambitious, visionary design leader who is excited to own the product design process and drive innovation. You’re likely a great fit if you:

• Are Experienced: Have a strong background in product design with a focus on mobile and web applications (portfolio required).

• Are Proficient: Expertise in Figma is essential, and experience with game-inspired design elements is a big plus.

• Are Entrepreneurial: Thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace creative freedom, and enjoy solving challenges with resourcefulness.

• Flexible Availability: Financially able to support yourself for the first two months while we focus on securing revenue and raising funds.

Additional Details

• Equity-Based Role: While this is initially equity-based (equal split), there is strong potential for a salaried role as we raise funding and generate revenue.

• Remote Flexibility: Work remotely until the U.S. office is operational, transitioning to an on-site role in Spring 2025.

We are looking for someone who can begin contributing right away but recognize the importance of building a solid foundation for a long-term partnership. Therefore, the co-founder role will only be finalized after a mutual evaluation period of around 2-3 months.
