🙋 Who You Are

We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for high-quality design. As Lead Product Designer, your main challenge will be to elevate our design to the next level, setting new quality standards with a hands-on approach. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, beautiful, and scalable UX solutions, helping us to continue delivering the best for pets and their owners.

🖥️ What the Job Involves

• Design and refine user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Structure and improve our Figma architecture to ensure modularity, scalability, and easy maintenance.
• Collaborate daily with our development team to implement and iterate on designs.
• Work with user stories, define clear design goals, and participate in sprint planning to deliver features effectively.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, maintaining consistency and quality across all product interfaces.

🎯 Must-Haves

• Proven experience in UX/UI and interaction design, with deep expertise in Figma, ideally at a company known for implementing design best practices.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including working with user stories and collaborating in sprint cycles.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating and managing scalable design systems, ideally in a fully remote environment.
• Bonus: Proficiency in HTML and CSS, which can enhance collaboration with developers.
• Last but not least, a passion for pets is a plus!
