Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Architect and implement features from concept to deployment, ensuring clean and efficient code.
• Lead technical decision-making on system architecture, tools, and frameworks.
• Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
• Manage and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for seamless deployments.
• Collaborate with founding team and other stakeholders to brainstorm, develop, and prioritize innovative features.
• Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code that fosters scalability and future growth.
• Actively contribute to solving complex technical challenges while adhering to deadlines.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise as a senior or lead full-stack developer, with significant hands-on experience in building scalable applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Python, FastAPI, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Prior experience with LLM-based solutions is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of monorepo architecture and CI/CD workflows, preferably with Azure Cloud Services.
• Strong debugging and optimization skills, with a focus on delivering high-performance applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and delivering value without constant oversight.
• A quick learner who can adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Scope of the Role:

• The Lead Full Stack Developer will serve as a technical leader without managerial responsibilities, focusing on hands-on coding, system architecture, and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.

Reporting Structure:

• Reporting directly to the Co-Founder/CTO, this role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.

Location:

• Mostly remote with occasional visit to office in Bangalore
