The RoleÂ
As the Lead Consultant and Learning and Development Manager, your first task will be to work closely with your team and senior executives to review, refine, and implement system and process improvements. You’ll take ownership of learning and development initiatives while driving company-wide improvements. You will lead a small, dynamic team and have direct access to key decision-makers across major clients. This is a high-visibility role in which your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of the company.
