What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving learning initiatives and ensuring our team is equipped for success. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engaging virtual training sessions via Zoom on policies, tools, and best practices, with 50-70% of your time on camera
• Leading onboarding programs to prepare new hires for their roles and assess their readiness to advance
• Delivering focused one-on-one and group training on advanced topics like email marketing, SEO, data analytics, e-commerce operations, and customer service
• Developing and refining training materials tailored to diverse team needs
• Collaborating with leadership to assess training outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional passionate about training and development.

Key Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in training or similar roles
• Experience as a virtual assistant is a plus
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: email marketing, e-commerce website management, or data analytics/reporting
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and related tools is required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, inspire, and engage effectively
• Bonus points for experience with Canva, Trainual, and Loom
• A proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset and keen attention to detail

Technical Requirements:

• A computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor (or equivalent)
• Stable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
