What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct lease portfolio management support to ensure compliance with lease terms between landlords and tenants
• Perform audits for lease administration clients and recommend actions for additional audit and recovery
• Prepare complex reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges are recorded
• Act as an escalation point for landlord repair and maintenance matters, communicating with relevant stakeholders
• Handle inquiries related to lease enforcement, providing necessary legal and financial documents as required

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
