Leasing Specialist Property Management | RTM Connect by BetterWho | Jamaica

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced CRM and Client Engagement Specialist to join our team remotely! In this role, you’ll oversee and execute all aspects of client relationship management, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our clients. From crafting marketing materials to managing client interactions and events, you’ll be integral to our client satisfaction and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Oversee and manage the CRM, including regular communication through calls, emails, postcards, letters, and surveys. Maintain and update contact details to ensure accurate records.
  • Client Engagement: Arrange and manage client events, send out birthday/anniversary gift cards, organize seminars, and promote client apps (like Homebot, Lolo, etc.).
  • Property Listings and Searches: List properties on MLS, perform property searches for clients, and schedule showings.
  • Client Feedback and Reviews: Facilitate client feedback, collect and manage client reviews, and implement ways to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Material Creation: Use Canva and other tools to design newsletters, postcards, and other marketing materials.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Track financials, pipeline, and other key metrics to monitor progress towards goals and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in creating marketing materials, managing CRM systems, and engaging with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Canva to create newsletters/postcards and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Event Management: Experience in planning and coordinating client-focused events, from seminars to gifting and special occasions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to track progress, manage a busy pipeline, and ensure goals are met efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Additional Information:

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Expected Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Work Location: Remote.
  • Salary: $10 – $14 USD per hour
