Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm, who is currently seeking an enthusiastic Legal PA to join their successful team.

Based in Riyadh, KSA, the international law firm is looking for a pro-active Legal PA to provide exceptional legal administrative support to a Partner within their busy office environment. This role will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence

The Legal PA must be able to perform various administrative duties, drafting documents, proof-reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, organising and attending meetings and taking minutes. This role may also support to Business Development Team to assist in events, pitches, marketing and carry out any adhoc duties where required.

To be considered for this role it is essential that the candidate have experience working within a busy, corporate environment. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and being fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential for this role. Further Education in the related field is preferred
