一. 岗位职责

3.负责起草和审核所负责区域的法律文书、函件，完善相关区域的业务合同模板，解决合同履行中出现的法律问题。

一. 岗位职责
1.对所负责区域（欧洲）的业务运营提供合法合规的咨询和建议，对重要业务节点进行合规审核及风险把控。
2.就公司产品出海到所负责区域需在法律角度满足的条件提供建议，提前识别和防范风险。
3.负责起草和审核所负责区域的法律文书、函件，完善相关区域的业务合同模板，解决合同履行中出现的法律问题。
4.按需处理所负责区域市场活动开展等物料的审核、负面舆论的法律打击等。
5.跟进处理售后争议，按需参与调查、谈判等。
6.有计划地开拓并维护所负责区域司法和行政资源，包含签约优质合作律师/律所、与相关国家司法机构、本行业的政府监管部门建立沟通渠道。
1. Provide legal compliance consultation and suggestions for business operations in the responsible region (Europe), and conduct compliance review and risk control for important business nodes.
2. Provide suggestions on the conditions that the company’s products need to meet from a legal perspective when going overseas to the responsible area, and identify and prevent risks in advance.
3. Responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents and letters in the responsible area, improving the business contract templates in the relevant area, and solving appearing legal issues during contract performance.
4. Handle the review of materials such as the development of market activities in the responsible area and the legal crackdown on negative public opinion as needed.
5. Follow up and handle after-sales disputes, participate in investigations and negotiations as needed.
6. Plan to develop and maintain the judicial and administrative resources in the responsible area, including signing high-quality cooperative lawyers/law firms, establishing communication channels with relevant national judicial institutions and government regulatory departments in this industry.
二、任职要求
1.拥有所负责区域主要国家（如德国）知名法学院的相关学位，具有扎实的法律理论知识，熟悉企业运营所涉包括但不限于产品、市场、销售、海关、用工等领域的相关法律法规。
2.英语流利，能以英语作为工作语言，熟练处理英语或所负责区域常用语言相关文件。
3.有3到5年的涉外或所负责区域法务工作经验，熟悉所负责区域的法律法规，特别是跨境电商相关法律法规，有支持过大型消费品类型公司涉外或所负责区域常法工作经验者优先。 4.具有较强的逻辑思维能力和语言表达能力，自身学习能力强，有上进心和责任心，具有团队合作精神。
5.可长期驻外或生活居住在所负责区域主要国家（如德国）。
Job requirements
- Possessing a relevant degree from a well-known law school in the main country of the responsible region (such as Germany), with a solid theoretical knowledge of law, familiar with the relevant laws and regulations in the fields of enterprise operation, including but not limited to products, markets, sales, customs, employment, etc.
- Fluent in English, able to use English as a working language, and proficient in handling documents related to English or commonly used languages in the responsible area.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in foreign-related or regional legal work, familiar with the laws and regulations of the responsible area, especially the laws and regulations related to cross-border e-commerce, and those who have supported large consumer goods companies in foreign-related or regional legal work experience are preferred.
- Have strong logical thinking ability and language expression ability, strong self-learning ability, ambition and sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
- Can be permanently stationed or live in major countries in the responsible region (such as Germany).
