In response to the growing demand for mental health support, we are actively hiring fully licensed therapists to fill the role of Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselors. Salary: $120k to $130k per year plus bonus

What You’ll Do:

Provide ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through video chat.
Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to guide sessions effectively.
Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships.
Monitor progress throughout the treatment process and help clients build healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualification:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Current and Active licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
2 years’ experience providing therapy remotely or willingness to adapt to teletherapy platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
