Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete escrow process, ensuring efficiency from initiation to conclusion.
• Prepare, review, and file essential documents with precision.
• Foster clear communication among buyers, sellers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Meticulously draft and adhere to escrow instructions to fulfill all contractual agreements.
• Safeguard and oversee funds, adhering to established legal frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with current laws and regulations to maintain transactional integrity.
• Collaborate with title companies to address and resolve any title-related issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping all parties informed and satisfied throughout the process.
• Maintain detailed and secure records of all transactions.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in escrow and lending regulations.
