What’s Cool About This Job
As a Lifecycle Marketing Growth Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize lifecycle campaigns that monetize our existing customer base. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging data-driven strategies and implementing effective omni-channel campaigns to maximize monetization opportunities. This position requires a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and existing customer demand generation and monetization strategies.
The Day to Day
- Develop and refine lifecycle campaigns for monetization efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives. Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns to identify monetization opportunities at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling offers, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation approaches that drive revenue growth.
- Partner with product and digital marketing teams to optimize the customer omni-channel experience with a focus on CRO performance.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer lifecycle and align monetization efforts accordingly. Implement data-driven strategies to increase customer lifetime value, retention, upgrade potential and product purchases.
- Develop and deploy a robust growth experimentation framework that drives quick insights and easy pivots (i.e., strong hypotheses, high testing velocity, and fast execution requirements).
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to monetization efforts, such as average revenue per customer, conversion rates, and net revenue retention. Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new monetization opportunities. Conduct regular research and analysis to optimize monetization campaigns and stay ahead of industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align monetization strategies with the overall self-serve and sales-assisted growth strategy. Establish strong working relationships to ensure effective execution and feedback loop for continuous improvement.
Your Expertise and Passion
- 7+ years of proven experience in lifecycle marketing, revenue generation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strategic SaaS mindset with demonstrated ability to increase MRR and CLV
- Proven track record of growth experimentation conceptualization that drives statistically significant outcomes and positive MRR performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of demand generation strategies, pricing models, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Product.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Base Salary Range
$136,000.00 – $204,000.00
We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level.
