The Role:

We are looking for an experienced, globally-minded, driven, skilled marketer to our team to support user lifecycle marketing programs. We are looking for an individual who excels at connecting people, influencing others in a matrix organization and someone who believes in continuous learning.

As the Lifecycle Manager you will be playing an important role in the broader customer journey strategy, representing critical lifecycle channels and opportunities. You will be responsible for supporting strategy, managing planning and enabling the execution of lifecycle programs supporting users. To achieve this you will work with multiple teams and stakeholders globally across Indeed. Proactively seeking partnerships across teams, you will help define key metrics and create goals amongst Product, Product Marketing, Operations and Analytics. You will focus on understanding and optimizing the user’s journey across owned and paid channels to achieve desired KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Support and deliver upon a strategy and roadmap for user lifecycle channels and campaigns, primarily email, to increase performance and optimize data and tech stack capabilities
  • Work collaboratively across internal and external partners to advocate for the lifecycle strategy, future-thinking and “big-bet ideas”, while balancing the day-to-day demands of the business
  • Set goals, define priorities, and create a roadmap for your marketing programs
  • Proactively collaborate across teams to plan, launch, execute, measure and optimize marketing programs within a single or multiple channels such as SEO, SEM, Paid/Organic Social, Online Video, TV, Audio, Direct Mail, Email, Web, Landing Page Optimization
  • Design and conduct tests to validate and optimize performance of marketing programs
  • Monitor and report on performance of programs against goals
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for program improvement
  • Propose and implement new ideas that can drive incremental impact
  • Have a deep understanding of how your key performance metrics are attributed
  • For paid marketing programs, create budget proposals and be held accountable your budget and cost targets

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience of developing launching, measuring, optimizing and reporting on multi-channel [SEO, SEM, Paid/Organic Social, Online Video,Email, Web, Landing Page Optimization] marketing programs
  • 1+ years experience of developing marketing goals, strategy, priorities, plans and budgets
  • Experience working with Product Managers and the ability to understand and contribute to cross-functional discussion and planning
  • Strong understanding of B2B lifecycle journey(s) and must be able to effectively communicate such to internal and external partners
  • An appreciation and/or a reasonable level of skill in design and copywriting, particularly email
  • Demonstrates ability to design, implement, measure and draw business insights from program testing
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven ability to work with professionals from multiple disciplines (eg, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in SQL or similar preferred
  • Proficiency in Marketing and Data Platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. Preferred degrees: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
